Adult Supervision brings the sound, energy, and nostalgia of the golden era of ’90s rock, alternative, pop, and early-2000s pop-punk to the stage. Inspired by the iconic Canadian Big Shiny Tunes compilations, the band delivers a high-energy mix of instantly recognizable hits, guilty pleasures, and rock anthems that defined a generation.

With two guitarists, bass, drums, and four lead-capable vocalists, the band’s sound is built around big guitars, driving rhythms, tight harmonies, and plenty of vocal firepower. Everyone contributes both lead and backing vocals, giving the band the flexibility to capture the character of the original recordings while adding their own live energy.

From alternative rock and post-grunge to pop-punk and ’90s/2000s radio staples, the band’s setlist is designed to keep audiences singing along, moving, and remembering exactly why these songs were so much fun in the first place.
